SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do offer a return or exchange policy for all Nickie's Hair Extension purchases, within 30 days of receiving your order.We are more than happy to accommodate unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. 30 days after your purchase we will not accept any returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Nickie's Hair Extensions. There is a 10% restocking fee that will be applied to all returned Hair Extensions.

We only accept returns on extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Our Hair Extensions are specially packaged and sealed to identify if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. Extensions must be in its original packaging. If the main package has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary purposes.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
